Our kebab pizza was greasy. The tomato base on the pizza was very thick so it took the taste away and made it very strong. The kebab was extremely greasy and was completely stuck to the cheese

Ordered online for a pick up AsAP when leaving Musselburgh. Got to shop not even in fryer yet and people who were walking in got my food before there’s, a very disorganised chippy.

Not very good, order fish suppers online turned up to be told they have ran out of fish but they are still selling them online, then to be told I would have to wait for my refund as I paid online.

I ordered on line and paid on delivery. When opening I realised not my order so phoned to advise. Second order was delivered. Part of the order was chips and cheese. Cold cheese on top of chips and not melted……..not good!

Good quality and delicious food as always. Can always count on Benes food. Delivery was before the stated time and was piping hot on arrival.

Had burger and fries. Lovely but I think saying comes with salad a bit ambitious.

Food was 50 minutes later than advised but the food was really tasty so it made up for the wait. It was a Saturday night so appreciate they were super busy but updates would have helped. Would order again

Everything good and tasty, well packaged and presented. Just why do all orders come with multiple tubs of awful brown sauce.....?

Food was stone cold. Meal recieved didn’t match the ingredients or description on the website when ordering, meat was tough and not edible.Very disappointing. Delivery driver also gave another customer our drinks so had to wait on it being redelivered.

Love this place, we order once a week and it’s always the right order, on time, still hot and tastes good 😊 👍🏼

Been ordering food for a long time the burger supper was cold had to go in bucket

Arrived early was lovely

Food was delivered 35 minutes earlier than the requested time and was already getting cold so by the time I was able to get to it, it was stone cold. What's the point in being able to select a delivery time if they don't get anywhere near it. Very disappointed.

Last night could not have gone better, I was left dissatisfied last week but my faith has been restored. Food was ready when I arrived and it was piping hot.
