Loaded fries were awful, had a really funny taste. My sons hot dog was nice enough but the roll had fell apart on the bottom into 3 bits. This is the 3rd time in a row we've not enjoyed our food as much as before. Definitely gone downhill

As usual the food was hot and tasted amazing. We LOVE the Fish and Fries ! Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

cheese fell off the pizza and base was crispy

My pasta wasn't what I ordered. It was meant to have peas, no peas. Tasteless, actually. Needed abit is salt and pepper. Kids burger also quite bland. Would be nice to have the choice of some salad/sauce on it. Even if this cost more.

It’s quite hard for folk to find the right street.He was in the wrong one.But found us.Overall food was great.

Ashley who served provided excellent service with a smile. Sami cooked my fish to perfection. Great quality food and portion size, I highly recommend.

Chips where cold and very greasy

I ordered a prawn soft taco & was given a chicken one, every time I have used bene’s there has been a problem, I stopped using them as they never had vegan options in stock but I could order on the website to get a phone call to say they didn’t have it available, this happened on three different occasions!, I left it & decided after a good year to try again tonight & they sent me chicken instead of prawn!.

First time use of app and a home delivery everything went great will buy again

The chicken kebab was horrible. Dry chicken and a mushy salad.

Meat on the pizza (bacon I think) not sure was even cooked. Took it off and binned it. Rest of pizza was ok but quite greasy and not the best to be honest. Kebab meat on the side was absolutely fine though. First time we've had a problem with Benes in prestonpans so hopefully just a one off

We waited so long for delivery and then when we called to find out how much longer our food would be we were told very rudely by the girl that it would take as long as it takes ! We have been using you for a very long time but unfortunately this has put us off and will need to now go elsewhere

Ordered in advance for collection which was estimated as 10 minutes. Took 45 minutes due to poor management of orders and later orders given priority

Part of order missing. When phoned up was treated with disdain by member of staff, who declined to send item as had no drivers. Then hung up on me. Phoned back spoke to manager who was not much better who also hung up on me . He called back and claimed I had declined the item to be sent which was an out right lie. Hung up on me . Still awaiting refund and apology

We have ordered few times from Benes and never had an issue. This time food came late (I need to phone the restaurant to check on the order) and food was not hot. Additionally, my fries were so cold and tough I couldn’t eat them. Very disappointed this time with the service.

The delivery Girl was lovely and good with the dog , good quick service will definatley be ordering again

Nice delivery person

Booked a 5.30pm delivery, food showed up at 4.30pm meaning that my husband (who was not home from work until 5.30pm) came home to cold food. The fries & the kids meal were stone cold and stale when delivered as if they had been cooked and then left under heat lamp for a long while. The fish tacos were different and therefore not as nice as expected. Really unimpressed.
