Meat on the pizza (bacon I think) not sure was even cooked. Took it off and binned it. Rest of pizza was ok but quite greasy and not the best to be honest. Kebab meat on the side was absolutely fine though. First time we've had a problem with Benes in prestonpans so hopefully just a one off

We waited so long for delivery and then when we called to find out how much longer our food would be we were told very rudely by the girl that it would take as long as it takes ! We have been using you for a very long time but unfortunately this has put us off and will need to now go elsewhere

Ordered in advance for collection which was estimated as 10 minutes. Took 45 minutes due to poor management of orders and later orders given priority

Part of order missing. When phoned up was treated with disdain by member of staff, who declined to send item as had no drivers. Then hung up on me. Phoned back spoke to manager who was not much better who also hung up on me . He called back and claimed I had declined the item to be sent which was an out right lie. Hung up on me . Still awaiting refund and apology

We have ordered few times from Benes and never had an issue. This time food came late (I need to phone the restaurant to check on the order) and food was not hot. Additionally, my fries were so cold and tough I couldn’t eat them. Very disappointed this time with the service.

The delivery Girl was lovely and good with the dog , good quick service will definatley be ordering again

Arrived a collection time, order not ready. Had to wait approx 10-15 mins. Quality of food was very poor.

Nice delivery person

Booked a 5.30pm delivery, food showed up at 4.30pm meaning that my husband (who was not home from work until 5.30pm) came home to cold food. The fries & the kids meal were stone cold and stale when delivered as if they had been cooked and then left under heat lamp for a long while. The fish tacos were different and therefore not as nice as expected. Really unimpressed.

Chips where hard and cold, kebab meat was hard, pizza was a soggy mess. It all went in the bin, surely before sending the food you must clearly see it was not of a good standard.

Rapid delivery, nice food and cheery delivery driver . Thanks will use again.

Great delivery person

Food was not made or delivered. Order confirmation provided to Owner and still awaiting REFUND. Total lack of customer service when I went to shop in person to provide all confirmation of order and payment - was told nothing could be done until owner responded. Its 21st November and I still await refund of £27.70.

Our kebab pizza was greasy. The tomato base on the pizza was very thick so it took the taste away and made it very strong. The kebab was extremely greasy and was completely stuck to the cheese
